If you're looking for delicious French toast recipes, learn the traditional pain perdu recipes that will rival your favorite brunch restaurants in NYC! Your chef will walk you through the process of making brioche dough, proper kneading techniques, and how to bake sweet French toast. Your chef will cover essential steps such as proofing, shaping, and baking so you can complete your bread recipes with ease.
All skill levels are welcome in this easy-going and informative baking class, If you're looking for fun things to do in East Village, activities to do with friends, or birthday party ideas, try this baking caking class. Not only will you have an enjoyable time learning a new skill, but you will also leave with new breakfast recipes to take home with you and delicious treats to share with friends and family.

- This class is open to kids 12-17 for a discounted price of $65. A paying adult must be present. Please contact if you would like to purchase a child's ticket.
