During this interactive class, you will learn about:
- The history of Gaiwan
- Three ways to brew with Gaiwan
- Five steps to properly taste tea
Guided by a certified tea sommelier, you will uncover the history and different methods of brewing, as well as sampling the tea. It is an informative and fun indoor activity that will introduce you to tips and tricks to upgrade your tea experience. Master the art of Gaiwan tea and find a new appreciation for your favorite drink.
You will receive a brewing kit with teaware to make this online class super easy and more memorable, perfect for a team-building event or fun group activity with friends.

- 1 oz of aged tea (Smoky Pu-erh (2015) or similar quality tea)
- Everyday Porcelain Gaiwan

- The Gaiwan and the tea you received
- A kettle filled with room temperature water (to be boiled at the start of the class)
- A cup of room temperature water (for brewing practice)
- A teacup (similar or larger in size than the Gaiwan)
- A tray (to contain any potential water spillages)
- A tea towel (or any towel for drying)
