Chef Raina has prepared a savory spread of Indian brunch dishes for you to enjoy in this private chef experience. You'll try new dishes, experience new flavors, and enjoy an authentic taste of India. Your mid-morning meal begins with a dish of chickpeas drizzled in chutney, followed by tasty channa chaat and Bombay potatoes cooked slowly with turmeric and other fragrant spices. On the side, enjoy flatbread fried to perfection and seasoned with the licorice flavors of fenugreek. To end on a sweet note, Chef Raina will serve you cashew fudge garnished with edible silver.
