This menu is curated to keep the vegetarian vibrant delicacies from the eastern region of Bihar and Jharkhand. In this hands-on class, we will walk through the different spices, and vegetables and understand the techniques of preparing a perfect dough for crispy paratha. You'll start from scratch, from preparing the dough, stuffing it, rolling the flat breads (paratha), and pan-frying it to finish. Serve this with a fresh cilantro dip.

You'll also learn how to make a daily comfort vegetarian potato curry with green peas. End the class with a sweet note by making healthy nutri bites, also known as, Badaam Ladoo.

This class will add an interactive twist to your typical date night, allowing you and your partner to be more engaged over dinner. You'll enjoy a delicious Indian menu in this experience, so no need to worry about fighting for dinner reservations this Valentine's Day!
