Your guide is Milène, whose passion for sweets led her to create artisan chocolates. She will bring all the lovely chocolates to you and share the story behind each flavor and the culture that inspired the confection.

Get ready to indulge in dark chocolate truffles and bars made with ingredients from around the world, like lemons from Sicily and chocolate from the Dominican Republic and Ecuador.

Experience rich and creamy ganache truffles infused with real herbs like hibiscus and fresh mint. No artificial flavors or sweeteners are used in these wholesome treats.

Then try chocolate tasting bars tempered with real fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices like rosemary and toasted coconut or lime leaf. The chocolates are thin in texture to allow the unique flavor profiles to be tasting faster.

After college, Milène grew her love of desserts into a side project by making chocolate favors, platters, and centerpieces for weddings, parties, and art exhibitions. At the same time, her business skills were developed through international travel and training at Macy’s renowned Private Label Design House. After 12 years, Milène left Macy's as Product Director. Through this major life transition, she found the courage to return to her childhood passion and build her own brand. Milène Jardine Chocolatier aligns with her lifelong fervor for confections and travel.

Milene was so warm and wonderful. Her flexibilty was awesome and she read the room really well. The chocolates were delicious. It was a fantastic opportunity for my team to relax in the midst of a busy and focused offsite. I feel it was an excellent value for the money.
