Now with her extensive knowledge of the photo editing app Snapseed, she will be showing you how to turn your iPhone into a canvas and come away with stunning results that emulate what you can achieve on Photoshop.

During this beginner-friendly interactive editing and photography class, you will learn how to turn your snaps into unique pieces of art using only one app and clear demonstrations from Beth. You will be guided step-by-step with plenty of opportunities to work along on your own iPhones, ask questions and get real-time feedback from your teacher and the rest of your fellow photography lovers in your online class. If you're searching for fun things to do at home that spark your creativity in a new way, this art form is ideal for everyone!

You will walk away with loads of new skills and a fiery excitement about what you can do on your simple devices. Put away heavy tripods, fully packed art supplies, and make a masterpiece without the heavy baggage!

The teacher keeps the classes small for the best interactive connection. She is familiar with iPhone and iPad and will demonstrate with these devices. She can help you navigate these operating systems as well as the Snapseed app.
You can download the Snapseed app on android for the same results and follow the same lesson. However, Beth is less familiar with using this type of smartphone so you will have to be adept at finding and saving photos, copying, duplicating, etc.

Knowledge required

You don’t need to be an expert, but it helps to have some time playing around on your phone with the pictures you’ve taken.

What to bring

You will need to download the app Snapseed before the class starts.
You need a separate device for joining the online class and another for editing your photos.

I’m a Baby Boomer still collecting knowledge and skills, and sharing and teaching what I know. After helping others for thirty years as a condo lawyer resolving difficult problems in people's home environments, I retired to a life of road tripping and art and being a grandma and a great-grandma!

Now I help people absorb more of life, embrace creativity, and enhance their inner and outer vision while keeping things simple. I'm a self-taught artist and teacher with training in many mediums: photography, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, Photoshop, iPhone iPad art, and writing. My philosophy is driven by a desire to keep things simple and have fun! To create now, all I need is the one device I always have with me. It's the best tool in the world for taking pictures, making art, dictating stories, and producing art and books. I can expand on things on the iPad and PC when at home working or teaching.

I create classes and opportunities to share my art through online classes and absolutely love sharing my passion. I love teaching people what I know. The pandemic of 2020 pressed me into learning how to teach online and now I can expand my reach to many more people than ever before. This brings me joy.
