What you'll do

In this online workshop, I want to start you on your own mindfulness journey and use watercolor as the medium. I've been using this practice since 2017 and have noticed less anxiety, more creativity, and increased confidence in who I am.

You'll learn watercolor basics and use them to practice mindfulness. By the end of the workshop, you will have created a motivational card that will continue to inspire you to practice mindfulness every day.

This is an ideal class for students of any level to learn watercolor painting. At the end of your time, you will feel more relaxed and be ready to take on your creative pursuits.

Hi, there! I'm Audrey, and I believe that everyone is creative, and my mission is to spark the creativity in all of us.

I come from a family with creative roots. But I wasn’t always an artist. Both of my paternal grandparents were painters, my grandmother specifically with watercolors. My parents have a fondness for music and the arts. Growing up, I played classical piano, attended choir, and frequented museums.

When my grandmother passed away in May 2016, I wanted to honor her memory by bringing back the creative side in me. It started with the bullet journal (because I’m also obsessed with planners and being organized), then calligraphy, and then watercolor. By the end of 2016, I wanted to continue on in this journey. And what you see now is the result of it.

These days, I enjoy leisurely walks through gardens and forest preserves and painting outdoors. I also can’t get enough of cat snuggles with Aslan. I’m obsessed with avocados, and can’t go a day without coffee.
