What you'll do
If you've ever wanted to learn how to make homemade chocolate truffles, this online class gives you the chance to do just that - with a Brazilian spin! You'll make brigadeiros, traditional Brazilian chocolates that are a cousin of traditional truffles but even more luscious and decadent.
A Brazilian chocolatier will guide you step-by-step on how to make these delicious treats. You'll roll and decorate 12-16 brigadeiros with different fillings and toppings, giving you the chance to explore your own creativity (with the assurance that absolutely every combination will taste wonderful!). Don't worry if you have no experience making chocolates. This class is completely beginner-friendly and no cooking is required.
Whether you're looking to host a virtual birthday party or a remote team building activity, this brigadeiros making class is bound to be a hit with everyone. As you learn how to make the desserts, your chocolatier host will play rhythmic Brazilian music to get you in the zone, and host interactive games so you can learn about Brazilian culture in a fun, playful way.
