Learn how to make handmade pillow-soft dumplings just like Nonna in this virtual gnocchi making class! In this interactive cooking class, Gourmand Award winning chef Maria Benardis will guide you to make this delicious Italian recipe at home!
The freshly made gnocchi will be accompanied by two classic sauces made from scratch: the classic pomodoro sauce with an optional Greek twist and the classic burnt butter and sage (olive oil version will also be provided).
During the cooking class, Maria will share her ancient Greek health and wellness wisdom and lively storytelling. This virtual Italian cooking class is fully interactive and you will be able to ask questions as your chef guides you through each step of this gnocchi recipe.
