You'll learn bagel making basics and how to apply the techniques in your home kitchen. We'll discuss ingredient selection and recommended tools. Understand what gives bagels their distinctive chewiness, exterior crunch, and shine. Practice rolling and shaping like a pro bagel maker. Finally, you can explain why "it's in the water."
Sesame, poppy, onion, za'atar, cinnamon raisin, or salt you can make your favorite bagel flavors in this baking class! If you're looking for fun things to do at home, this is a great way to learn a new recipe and enjoy the bagel of your wildest dreams!
You will make and taste:
