Pickling is an age-old process for preserving vegetables that's popular with cultures around the world. Your guide Laena, founder of Anarchy in a Jar, will go over the process step by step while you learn the fascinating history of preserving.
This hands-on class lets you dive right in, following along with your teacher as you go. You'll learn two different methods of pickling: using vinegar to create a sour brine and using fermentation methods to create a naturally sour taste.
