In this pasta-making class, you’ll learn authentic pasta-making techniques including proper ingredients, flours, fillings, and sauces that go into making your own delicious pasta. Your instructor will guide you as you mix, knead, roll, and cut your own homemade pasta. Then you’ll dive into filled pasta including, ravioli, mezzaluna, and tortellini. By the end of class, you'll be a pasta expert!

You’ll leave class with a gorgeous plate of handmade ravioli and tortellini, and the confidence to make them at home, anytime you’d like! Throw your homemade pasta recipes on your next dinner party menu, and your guests will be impressed with your cooking skills!
