Anyone craving a taste of good old-fashioned Southern cooking will love getting an expert lesson in how to cook shrimp étouffée and cornbread.
In this virtual cooking class, you will learn step by step from a culinary expert with Hipcooks how to create this New Orleans favorite, from cooking up a roux to perfectly "smothering" your cornbread. It's a meal that will transport you to The Big Easy.
Connect with friends with an engaging online cooking class and close the distance between you. You can interact with each other while getting detailed instruction and having lively conversations. This is also an excellent Zoom team building opportunity where everyone can have fun sharing their progress in their kitchens.

- The class minimum is 10 students. If you are buying kits, the minimum is 6 students.
