Pretzels have always been iconic, but they are even better when they are right out of the oven, stuffed with creative and unusual fillings, and served with a warm dipping sauce. In this online cooking class, you will bake a dozen fabulous soft pretzels - all in your own kitchen.
Along with the other guests in this workshop, you will learn will mix, knead, fill, twist, poach, top, and bake your own pretzels. After a few short minutes in the oven, your efforts will be richly rewarded with warm, soft pretzels that are unlike anything they've ever had before.
Adding a filling and sauce makes them top-level awesome! Go sweet and fill your pretzels with brown sugar, top them with cinnamon sugar and dip them in cream cheese sauce. Or go savory, and fill your pretzels with Italian herbs, garlic, and cheese to dip in warm marinara.
You will leave this online class with a dozen delicious filled pretzels, dipping sauce, recipes, and the knowledge that recreating these wonderous bites of doughy deliciousness is always just a few minutes away.
