About This Class

In this 90-minute class, you’ll learn how to make a rich, creamy mushroom risotto alongside perfectly roasted broccolini. Your Home Ec chef will guide you through the risotto process step by step—from toasting the rice to achieving that velvety texture—while sharing tips on balancing flavors and timing. You’ll also prepare roasted broccolini, a simple yet flavorful side that complements the risotto beautifully. This class is hands-on, interactive, and designed for all skill levels, whether you’re new to risotto or looking to perfect your technique.
