Originally from Brasil, my culinary curiosity began while cooking with my family. I graduated from Culinary School in Brasil and began my career traveling the world and working alongside chefs across five continents, curating dishes that combined local ingredients, traditions & kitchen techniques. Over the course of ten years, I have gathered experiences that I blend into my dishes. I am intuitive chef who uses my knowledge to provide the best experience for all who join me at my table.

Mateus was so knowledgeable and patient, and the facilities were very aesthetically pleasing. We learned so much about techniques specific to each ingredient, and leaned how to make thai curry and stir fry. We were blown away at the marinate we made for the stir fry using ingredients we've never used before, and my boyfriend and I cook a LOT. We had so much fun.
