Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice with sautéed vegetables, fish sauce, and herbs

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class

Mateus was so knowledgeable and patient, and the facilities were very aesthetically pleasing. We learned so much about techniques specific to each ingredient, and leaned how to make thai curry and stir fry. We were blown away at the marinate we made for the stir fry using ingredients we've never used before, and my boyfriend and I cook a LOT. We had so much fun.
