Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.If the Participant booked a Virtual Class with a DIY Kit they are eligible for a reschedule only.
