Dan and Donna are a fun and friendly couple. Prior to the class, they gave me a heads up on the local traffic condition due to a local event. Soon after I arrived, Donna welcomed me with a glass of wonderful coffee which is perfect way to start the class. We set outside while Dan shared his coffee roasting journey including his success, failure, and tips before the hands on experience. They got all the equipment and materials ready to go. No prior prep required. I left with some raw beans, my own roasted beans, and additional ones done by Dan and Donna. The overall is experience is wonderful. I am ready for my own coffee roasting journey! :)

This is one of the most enriching and fun classes I've taken in a while. The venue is beautiful and full of nature and positive energy. Dan and Donna are fantastic teachers and hosts, and have a lot of experience with the roasting process. I highly recommend this class to anyone who would like to learn about coffee in a peaceful and relaxing environment.

What a wonderful experience! Dan and Donna were incredibly welcoming and their passion for coffee and hosting guests was evident as soon as we arrived. They made us feel right at home. The class is hosted on their beautiful patio overlooking the Cascade Canyon Preserve. After enjoying a welcome coffee - with options ranging from pour over to latte - Dan shared his coffee roasting journey, which was engaging, informative, and full of humor. Dan provided a roasting demo, and then it was our turn! With Dan's guidance, we hand roasted our own batch of beans to our individual preference. Dan made sure that everyone was successful and happy with their end product, giving us all confidence that maybe we could actually roast our own beans at home! I couldn't have asked for a more fun experience and may have also found a new hobby. :)

Incredible experience, lovely location. Dan was a fun teacher who guided us through every step but let us take charge of our own coffee beans! Can't wait to try doing it again at home

The coffee roasting class is top notch with fun coffee facts and a great cup of latte. We enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend it to friends and coffee lovers. Besides, Dan the instructor is very experienced and very open to answering all kinds of questions.

Great coffee experience with Dan and Donna in a beautiful setting. Dan took us through an entire coffee roasting process and we roasted our our own batches at the end. Very informative, and great for a quick Sunday outing with my wife.
