The instructor is outstanding. She takes the students through the decorating project, step by step. She gives you icing at the beginning of the class and shows you the technique to actually decorate the cookies. There may be special gizmos to use. Fun learning! ES

The instructor is always prepared for class! She furnishes all the tools that are necessary and has them divided into containers for each student. Each person has a place set for them. She creates ways to illustrate how to ice, flood, outline, etc the cookies in certain ways. She clearly discusses how to learn or improve on the students' technique. She has a very pleasant personality and her classes are outstanding! I hate to leave the classroom because it is actually lots of fun and her cookies smell so good. I highjly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning the techniques of decorating gengerbread cookies.

I now can make flowers for all sorts of purposes! The teacher is always excellent and the materials were outatanding and pretty. It is great to learn how to make details to decorate lots of different creations. It was also fun! THANKS!
