- I communicated with Katherine, but Chelsi showed up, which was confusing
- Pace was too fast
- Not enough prep info given, so folks were not equipped well
- One plant was dead on arrival, and it has been a bit of a tug to get it replaced

I would like to speak to a Class Bento rep over the phone to explain in more detail. I'm not angry, and don't want a refund, but I had such a great experience with my first Class Bento (wood burning), and such a disappointing experience with bonsai, I was surprised at the inconsistency. If the experiences had been in reverse (bonsai first), I would not have booked Class Bento again for my corporate event.

Cara is a wonderful, friendly teacher, and her enthusiasm was felt before, during, and after our class. One thing our team really appreciated was Cara's swift responsiveness leading up to the class. There were questions. last-minute requests, snafus, etc. and Cara handled it all with grace, and with time to spare.
