What you'll do
We're having a Valentine's event and you are invited! Join us on Saturday, Feb 10th for a few hours of all things chocolate! At this fun Valentine's Day experience in Austin, you'll enjoy a chocolate tasting while sipping on your favorite beverage and take home delicious chocolate strawberries!
Chocolate Tasting: You'll taste a wide variety of chocolate made with cacao beans from around the world and learn the nuances of flavors and textures present in the craft chocolate.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry: Make your own chocolate-covered strawberries with your choice of four handmade chocolates to dip with, plus a variety of fun toppings. Each attendee will get eight strawberries to work with!
Boozy Station: We'll have mimosas and select cocktails included with your ticket, with a fun selection of juices and liqueurs to choose from. Not a big drinker? No problem! We'll have plenty of fancy booze-free options as well.
If you're looking for fun ways to celebrate Valentine's Day with your friends or a date, this is a lovely and delicious opportunity to spend time with loved ones!

It all started in our Austin, TX kitchen where we experimented combining flavors we love from traditional Indian cuisine with our favorite sweet treat: chocolate. We source our cacao from the Tumaco region of Colombia and Idukki Hills region in Kerala, India, then roast, crack, winnow, grind, flavor, temper and wrap all our bars by hand striving to create the highest of quality bean-to-bar product. Madhu chocolate is a true labor of love.
