This gothic inspired comic book haven is located in the heart of Downtown Oakland, within the bustling Koreatown Northgate cultural district.
This is a magical and highly stylized space best suited to groups looking to host:

We’re a Queer femme owned boutique and community space showcasing amazing small businesses + artists from the Bay and beyond.
We started as an accessory line, You Are Hot Stuff, but recently got a venue and expanded! In this new chapter, we're showcasing other artists and holding space for Queer creatives in the East Bay through workshops and community events. All of our teachers are working artists in the Bay Area united by their passion for creativity.
