What you'll do
Your day is about to get sweeter with this cute and colorful cake decorating class in Brooklyn. This Korean 'bento' dessert is a petite-sized dessert packaged in takeout boxes. Korean cafes and bakeries first popularized it but we love the kawaii aesthetic and its adorable snack size for a big or small celebration.
Chef Jansen will teach you the basic cake decorating techniques on our signature mini four-inch cakes! The design of the cake will be decided on the day of the class by your instructor. The cutest cakes are made with love and decorated with your own flare. You will not bake the cake during class, as class time is focused on learning different techniques for cake decorating!
You'll leave with a gorgeous mini layered cake and the skills to recreate it on your own! Soon you'll be making mini cakes to celebrate all your loved ones!
Please note: Photos of these cakes are inspiration photos. Please come to class with a design in mind so that you can replicate it!
