What you'll do
If you love the look of collage art and want to learn how to make your own paper craft creations, this beginner-friendly virtual experience is for you. In addition to learning the artistic aspects of collage making, you will also gain insight into how this practice can be mindful and meditative.
Your teacher is Elisabeth, a talented artist who will show you the three-step formula that she uses for her own collage making process. With her instruction, you can feel confident you will walk away from this online class with a framable piece of art, rather than something that looks like a school project.
The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means, "to place in a special way." Similar to the intentional movements of a Vinyasa flow yoga practice, this collage workshop will introduce you to the art of placing each element mindfully on the page to create a beautiful composition.
Whether you're looking for fun indoor activities to do with your kids or creative virtual team building activities, this workshop will leave you feeling inspired, refreshed, and impressed with the gorgeous art you made!

Your teacher
Elisabeth is a Denver based artist working in collage, large scale paintings, murals, and installation art. With a background in oil painting at CU Boulder (BA 2014), Baker transitioned into installation through becoming a display artist for Anthropologie and creating seasonal window installations (2014-2020). Elisabeth has since done freelance installation projects, commissioned collage work, large scale paintings, and murals. After completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training (2016), Baker developed a workshop format that teaches yogic principles through visual art.
