Learn how to prepare everyone's all-time favorite French desserts in this French baking class in NYC! You will learn how to make crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, and madeleines, in this hands-on baking class.

Your chef will guide you in making the French dessert recipes from start to finish so you can bake with confidence. You will learn how to make custard perfect for a rich crème brûlée. You will even get to fire up the top of your custard pudding to create your dessert's signature hardened sugar surface. Next, learn how to make chocolate mousse that will add a decadent finish to any night. Finish with learning how to make a batch of madeleines for a welcome treat to nibble alongside your morning coffee.

Whether you love baking and are looking for new dessert recipes, or you're just looking for some fun things to do in NYC, this baking class is the perfect blend of informative and fun. You'll learn a new skill from a friendly and professional chef and leave with new recipes and fond memories to take back to your home kitchen!
