What you'll do
In this baking class in NYC, you'll learn how to make the cream-filled favorites eclairs and cream puffs! Whether you're interested in learning French pastry-making or are just looking for new dessert recipes to try out, you'll want to join this class!
During this session, students will learn the traditional French art of making these light and tasty desserts. Your chef will guide you every step of the way so that you understand how these sophisticated desserts are prepared. By the end of class, you'll have the expertise to be able to recreate these cream puff and eclair recipes at home for your family and friends!
This pastry-making class in NYC is perfect for any event, whether you need birthday party ideas, something fun to do with friends in East Village, or romantic date ideas. You can also embark solo and expand your baking skills while meeting new like-minded people.
Please Note
- This class is open to kids 14-17 for a discounted price of $70. A paying adult must be present. Please contact if you would like to purchase a child's ticket.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you cannot add additional guests to your booking.
Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 4 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
