What you'll do
If you want to learn how to make delicious French treats, join this baking class in NYC. In this French baking class, you will learn how to make French tarts and madeleines, an elegant way to enjoy Gouter, the traditional French afternoon "snack."
In this hands-on baking class, you will learn to prepare tarts with guidance from a professional chef. You will learn how to make a light custard cream filling and your choice of lemon and chocolate or fresh fruit. These refreshing and delicious tarts will make for a beautiful sweet breakfast, delightful afternoon snack, or wonderful summer dessert. You will also learn how to make French madeleines, a perfect accompaniment to any cup of tea or coffee.
If you're looking for fun things to do in East Village or want to refine your baking skills, join this immersive and fun baking class in NYC! By the end of class, you'll have delicious treats to try and recipes to take home with you to keep practicing!
Please note
- This class is open to kids 14-17 for a discounted price of $70. A paying adult must be present. Please contact if you would like to purchase a child's ticket.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you cannot add additional guests to your booking.
Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
