They come in many colors, flavors, and leaf textures. You eat them fresh and many are ready to harvest in as little as 2 weeks.
In this class, you will learn:

- Microgreens vs shoots
- Soils vs other mediums
- Heat mats and grow lights
- Seed sowing
- Watering
- Harvesting
- Storage
Your DIY kits have the supplies you need to get started and you'll learn everything you need to know to grow your starts inside or out.
