Explore ceramics and celebrate your love of coffee with this enchanting hand building class! In this workshop, you will create a customized pour-over coffee maker.
Throughout your exploration, we'll delve into the intricate process of creating a pour-over dripper. Utilizing the hand-building technique, you'll learn to mold clay with precision and finesse, shaping each piece to harmonize effortlessly with the others. Enjoy personalized attention in our small class setting, ensuring you receive all the help you need to bring your vision to life.
But our journey doesn't end with mere form; we'll also delve into the realm of decoration using underglaze transfer techniques. Discover how to infuse your creations with personality and style, elevating them from mere vessels to objects of artistic expression.
By the end of this class, you'll not only possess a beautifully crafted ceramic coffee pour-over but also a newfound appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between form and function in the world of coffee brewing. All pieces will be fired and handled with care for pick-up in approximately four to five weeks.
