This was an excellent experience. The instructor was patient and explained things at an approachable level for both novices and those with some intermediate experience. Instructor discussed various types of knives, knife safety, and demonstrated how best to cut multiple types of vegetables, fruit, and herbs. This was an excellent way to spend an evening with my partner.
