What you'll do
If you love fresh ravioli but don't think you could ever replicate what you would order from a restaurant, this cooking class in Miami will prove you wrong. Our expert Chef Instructor will teach you to make pasta dough from scratch by cracking an egg in a well of flour and then mixing it all together with a fork. After forming and kneading your dough, you will use a pasta machine to roll it out before filling your pasta sheets.
You will make and enjoy Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli. Your Chef Instructor will demonstrate two different sauces to enjoy with your pasta: a creamy Alfredo sauce and a fresh Crudaiola tomato sauce.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen so you can recreate this ravioli recipe on your own. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 mins early to check in. Drinks are not included in the ticket price. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
