Shake up your in-home imbibing with an immersive virtual cocktail class. You will learn how to craft two cocktails - one to be enjoyed during class, and one to enjoy over several days, served at your next holiday event, or gifted to your family and friends.

My craft cocktail classes are designed to celebrate community through a shared experience of learning something new. All cocktails can be crafted deliciously without alcohol, and for those consuming alcohol, they can choose from two to three options of alcohol for their beverages.

After booking the class, you will receive a cocktail menu to select drinks from. This menu can be designed around your specific imbibing preferences, or a list of the most popular drinks enjoyed in these classes.

Sample Menu:

  • Chai Spiced Bee’s Knees (alcohol, honey, lemon, chai)
  • Pomegranate Cucumber Margarita (alcohol, lime, agave, pomegranate, cucumber)
  • Cocktail in a Can: Pear Rosemary Mule (alcohol, ginger beer, lime, pear, rosemary)

I specialize in teaching people how to make larger format cocktails, four to eight cocktails at one time. For this part of class, you can observe and take notes or participate and make your own large format cocktail. These larger portions of fresh produce pre-mixed cocktails are perfect to keep in your refrigerator for yourself, designed to be prepared before your house guests arrive, and/or served in bottles to be gifted to friends and family.

All ingredients needed to craft these beverages are easy to find, affordable, and flexible.

Book this class for a fun virtual team building activity or Zoom holiday party to do with your friends and family!

Some call me a cocktail evangelist

I am passionate about learning, educating and throwing a darn good party. Since 2014, I've taught cocktail history and disciplines to bar staffs and to humans curious about cocktails. I've crafted cocktail menus for restaurants and conducted cocktail events for private in-home events, weddings, gala's and office happy hours. Recently, I was the bar manager at San Francisco’s Bon Voyage!, and previously worked at Maialino, Barbuto and Dante at Genuine in New York City.

In 2020 I started my full service cocktail experience company and have since conducted over 500 cocktail events virtually and in-person.
