What you'll do

Come and learn the art of making French Beignets (Donuts) to rival the infamous Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans with the help of seasoned chef Michele!

During this online class, you'll learn the process of working with dough from kneading to the proving stage. Then you will roll out your dough into small beignet buns or square shapes before frying. Finish off your fried dough with a generous amount of powdered sugar and serve with Chef Michele's caramel sauce, which you will also learn to make from scratch!

It doesn't matter if you don't know how to bake your own donuts, as this virtual experience is suitable for complete beginners and one of the best fun group activities to try at home with family and friends.
