Join chef Jerry from his Bronx Kitchen as he enlightens you on the rich background of tapas culture before taking you through the step-by-step instructions of how to cook and construct three delicious dishes to enjoy.

On the menu:

Tortilla Espanola (Spanish omelette).
Shrimp Al Ajillo (garlic shrimp).
Spanish chorizo in a red wine sauce.

Chef Jerry has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years. He has worked in many restaurants and amassed a plethora of knowledge in different types of cuisines. His primary specialty has been in Spanish and Italian cooking. However for the past six years, his focus has been on creating healthy and dietary tolerant cooking including Keto, low carb and vegetarian cooking. Chef Jerry was also inspired to begin his own personal journey to a healthier lifestyle, in which to date he has lost over eighty pounds! He now wishes to share his experiences and inspire others to follow a healthy lifestyle as he himself has been inspired to make better life choices and enjoys cooking new dishes!
