Made using ladyfingers dipped in coffee and layered with a mixture of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese before topping with cocoa, tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert full of exciting flavors.

No previous baking experience is required and all skill levels are welcome! But remember, baking is a science. So it's important to follow the recipe and have the ingredients measured out properly so that at the end of the class you'll be ready to sit down to the most delicious dessert. Then it's completely up to you if you feel like sharing!
You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions along the way. You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: eggs, granulated sugar, confectioners sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, mascarpone or cream cheese, heavy cream, strong coffee, brandy (or favorite liquor), and unsweetened cocoa powder. A stand mixer is recommended for this class, but an electric hand mixer will also work.
