What you'll do
At-home cocktails are as popular as ever these days but if you think you've made your go-to margarita recipe one too many times you might want to hang out with a professional. In this virtual class, you'll learn how to mix some newness into your routine with the latest creative cocktails.
Your expert guide is a master mixologist with Raines Law Room, a New York City bar known for its innovative cocktails. You'll spend an hour making two delicious drinks of your choice. Your guide will walk you through the steps while teaching you bartending techniques and engage in a bit of trivia.
This is an entertaining way for groups to get together when you are at a distance. Get your colleagues together for virtual team building, learning over Zoom while sampling new recipes. If you can't meet up at a Chelsea speakeasy, you can at least get to experience the drinks in this virtual cocktail class!
Choose two cocktails:
- Ciderhouse Stir: whiskey, spiced cider syrup, hibiscus, apple bitters
- Magic Hour Mule: vodka, fig & allspice syrup, lemon, ginger, aromatics
- Fruits of Labor: tequila, pear, cinnamon, lemon
- Harvest Moon Mojito: rum, spiced maple, mint, lime, soda
- Patch Work Collins: gin, pumpkin & chai cordial, lemon, soda

- Cannot ship alcohol to AK, AR, MI, NC, ND, OH, PA, TN, and UT.
- Cocktail kits are $140 each and mocktail kits are available for $150 each. If you aren't purchasing kits, your teacher will email you with an ingredients list.
- Two weeks lead time is required to send kits in time for your class.
- There is a 10 person minimum for this class but you can book for a smaller group for the $500 surcharge.
