I believe communication is the first step to solving anything. That’s why we value trust, transparency, and mindfulness in everything we do. Coffee flows in my blood since my childhood in Paris, France. From the café on the terraces to a warm cup of Turkish coffee at home, it was always a connecting moment between people and culture.
After my engineering degree, months of travel at coffee origins, and years of coffee education in London, UK, I launched Memli Coffee Lab to propose an innovative approach to coffee roasting with a focus on sensory experience, transparency, and education.
Looking back, coffee has always been in my life. As we say in French, it's my "madeleine de Proust" and my glimmer of hope at the same time. I hope you can catch me one day and share ideas around a cup of coffee

My co-workers and I took this class for fun. We wanted to learn more about coffee. Memet, the instructor very friendly and welcoming. He had a wealth of knowledge for coffee. Taught us about the different regions where coffee originated and migrated, how coffee is made. The class was very interactive. We sampled various types of coffee -appreciating flavors that are brought out from each.
Overall we appreciated the intense knowledge and information that was shared with us. We loved learning how to taste “coffee” itself without any creamers & sweeteners.
Highly recommend this class to coffee drinkers/coffee lovers.

This experience at Memli was amazing - 10/10. The space was clean, light, trendy, and smelled amazing. The coffee was excellent, and Mehmet was a super star. Incredible knowledge, and his passion really shown through. I would recommend to anyone who loves coffee, high quality F&B, or spending time with craftsmen perfecting their work. Great experience for a date, or with a friend.
