What you'll do
In two fun-filled hours you can become a confident bartender, creating delicious and popular cocktails that you'll want to recreate at home again and again. In this mixology class in NYC, an expert mixologist will walk you through how to master four delicious cocktails: a Bourbon Old Fashioned, Spicy Mango Margarita, Mai Tai, and a Summery Aperol Spritz.
Your instructor will demonstrate each cocktail on the menu, giving you the opportunity to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list. The class includes a segment on making simple syrup from scratch and utilizing stylish garnishes. Each cocktail focuses on different mixology techniques, which are some of the basics for behind the bar that you can use at home!
Knowledge required
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

What to bring
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
