Chef Renato is a Portland-based private chef and instructor originally from Napoli. He comes from a long line of Italian chefs and cooks authentic Italian cuisine inspired by his Mama's cooking. His research on Italian food has never stopped: from his friend's grandma's recipes to the most refined Gambero Rosso plates.

While in the States, his family back in Italy still supplies him with new ideas, recipes, and family secrets to inspire his cooking classes and remind him of his roots. Tutti a tavola, si mangia Italiano!
