What you'll do

Learn how to cook one of the most famous dishes in Spain, paella! In this fun and interactive cooking class in NYC, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavors of chorizo, fresh seafood, and textured vegetables.

You will also learn how to flavor profile and blend Spanish flavors, and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella. Perfect for entertaining, you can wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your newfound signature dish!

No experience is required! All the equipment and ingredients are ready for you when you arrive, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. CocuSocial events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. Not only will you leave with a paella recipe, but some new skills to take home to your kitchen.
