There’s nothing more delicious than fresh pasta, and creating it yourself makes the experience much more special. Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into the beautiful noodles of your choice in this pasta making class in Houston.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Tagliatelle noodles. Experiment with using a pasta machine to make Fettuccine. Your Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to make two sauces: a classic and creamy Carbonara sauce made of Pancetta, Garlic, Cream, and Parmesan and a Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo sauce. You will assist in building the Carbonara along with the chef. Buon Apetito!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
