The name "passata" comes from the Italian verb passare, which means "to pass, " referring to the process of straining the tomatoes to remove seeds and skins. You will gain insight on how to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices in order to recreate the perfect Italian date night at home.This cooking class is designed for beginners, so you can rest assured no matter your skill level! Whether you prefer taste testing or getting your hands dirty with dough, you can have fun, learn new things, and enjoy a delicious pasta dinner in this cooking class.
