Salt Painting Class for Kids

They'll bring their own creation to life using the simplest of elements: Elmer's glue, salt, and food coloring! Under the tutelage and guidance of an artist who is well-experienced with kids (he has 26 nieces and nephews), they'll create several colorful, fun, safe artistic creations. This is not your child's cookie-cutter class, every session is catered to their interests, wants, and needs. Is your kid in a truck phase? Princess? Paw patrol? Watch this artist pull up reference and skillfully *attempt* a faithful replica. No promises, but he does love a challenge. Regardless, it will be memorable, and hopefully no copyright lawyers come after him.Worried that the class isn't educational enough? Watch as the artist, trained at San Francisco's Art Institute, cleverly embeds Color Theory right into the lesson. Oops, they're learning, and they don't even realize it! While the instructor may not guarantee that your kid will walk away understanding the importance of Rothko and Mondrian, there's a good chance they'll understand which two colors make up Orange and, with any luck, which colors combine to make Brown (which is to say, it might get messy--and that's fine, he loves a messy artist).
