To the point and didn’t start late, which is great. He explained things quickly but I understand we were on a strict time crunch so it’s hard. Overall a great experience, the only thing I wish was different was having a snack break earlier on in the session, given the time slot (dinner time lol)…thank you for a new found love of pastry baking! And for answering all of our silly questions:)
