Debra was wonderful. She was very encouraging and clear with explanations. It was also a lovely and friendly environment.

The instructor was terrific. Sweat, patient, attentive. Even though we had an incident with one of the class participants, the instructor stayed calm, which helped the whole class not to start panicking.
We were told interesting facts about the origin of the ingredients and the dish itself. We were also told useful tips for preparing the dish.
