Lively, Very Knowledgeable & Skilled Chef Dona took our Group through the Basics of Meal Planning, Timing, Choice of Ingredients, allowing for Individual ‘Tastes’, ‘Intuition,’ & ‘Feel for the Meal’ as Participants were Avid Students/ Hands On Enthusiasts… Presentation included Appetizers,Baccalao Croquettas, Tomatillo de Pan Main Course Paella Valenciana, Dessert a Crème Brulelle’/ Flan… Join the Class…Wonderful Experience!

Our Instructor Dona, demonstrated the ‘mechanics’ of making a Variety of ‘Paste’…Cavatelli, Guitarra’ & Spaghetti, each flavored with a Different Sauce….Pesto, Carbonara, Tomato…Everyone was ‘hands on,’ the Pacing of the Lesson, Lively, the Timing, Perfect…Freshest Ingredients, skills built, Great Fun, Superb DinnerAll orchestrated by a ‘Top Chef’ & Teacher who knows her Subject &Loves her Work.

Not a Class….A ‘Happening’…The Kitchen Transformed into a ‘Theatre of Food’ Preparation, Appreciation, ‘Communication’ with the Ingredients…The love our Maestra of the Evening, Dona G. expresses for her Cooking, Craft, Culinary Artistry so genuinely authentic, Everyone in the class sensed, was touched by it, elevated, doing their best. Dona’s Way, her manner. harmonizing our ‘Gathering of Strangers’ into what approached a Family Feel.Participants were in the Presence of a Master Chef, a True Guide, effortlessly indicating Professional Technique, clearly explaining the hows/whys in terms of ingredient selection & I must add, an acute sense of timing when using the ‘magical’ elements of heat, water, seasoning…Flawless Coordination, Unforgettable.
