I had a great time at this class! Nicole is really lovely and I loved how laidback and freeform the class was - it really allowed me to work my creative muscle. I really enjoyed chatting to Nicole and getting to know her and the story behind Ase Arts, a really inspiring space. The class was also during the open studio time so I got to meet someone else working on a project which was really fun. I would say that you probably need a little experience with a sewing machine for this class, but even if you don't then Nicole is very patient and shows you how to work her machine. I came in thinking 2.5 hours was really long but actually it just flew by! It was a lovely evening with great people and I came away with two collage postcards I'm quite proud of. Thank you Nicole for such a great evening!

Dumpling Dinner Party with Eddie was honestly one of the best cooking classes I've taken. There were only 5 of us which meant we got individual attention, as compared to some classes which have 15-20 people. Eddie is such a great teacher - he explains everything step by step, explaining the reasoning for each step, and knows exactly how to critique you and help you. I always thought dumplings were so difficult, but I feel very confident after Eddie's class. I really enjoyed the taste testing of the different soy sauces and learning about how they are made and how those differences affect the taste. The pork belly and the tang yuan he cooked were the best I've ever had. Eddie himself is so kind and has so much experience and knowledge, I really enjoyed chatting to him and learning from him. He made us feel so welcome in his home. I highly recommend this class!
