Amazing experience!
The rich colorful history of the chef's life paired with the stories of the origins of different chocolates really made this class above and beyond. i was initially worried about date changes but luckily we where fully accommodated. an even enjoyed the intimate setting even more. The rich cultural backgrounds of the kitchen restaurants where a plus and loved the rustic vibe of the atmosphere.
I recently took a chocolate making course with Chef Michael Poole and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but he also had a warm and friendly personality that made the class so enjoyable. The hands-on experience was such a treat, and I loved how he guided us through the process step by step. I highly recommend Chef Michael Poole for anyone looking to learn the art of chocolate making.
