We had previously taken an enjoyable sushi course here, and now we've taken the ravioli course. The class did not disappoint! Our teacher was friendly and approachable whenever we had a couple questions on the step by step process of flattening out the ravioli noodles. If you're willing to get your hands dirty (don't worry too much, it's just flour and dough), it'll make the prep work much efficient. We didn't have to worry about cooking the mushrooms, sausage, pesto sauce or alfredo (the teacher handles that due to time constraints), and it all tasted delicious in the end! Definitely worth the $65

The teacher was informative and welcoming to everyone in the class, and covered the basic fundamentals for preparing and determining the best rice and seafood for sushi making. We shared a table with another pair and had lots of fun attempting our best efforts making the four different styles of rolls. I'd look forward to learning additional recipes from this teacher and class environment! Yes, you do get to eat your creations too!
